Santo Domingo East. – President Louis Abinader delivered this Thursday another 315 title deedsthus completing 695, received by the same number of people, who become first-class citizens, in the populous sector of Los Mina in Santo Domingo Este, neighboring the capital.
Last February, President Abinader led an act in which the first 380 property titles were delivered.
The Los Mina titling project is made up of a total of 1,896 certificates, of which 1,201 remain. For this, the ruler called on the churches and political leaders of all parties to motivate the citizens of these areas to complete their files so that they can also benefit.
Titled homes and plots delivered this Thursday are distributed in the Katanga and Vietnam sectors.
For the president, the delivery of these certificates constitutes “a long-range, nuclear policy from which no one can be left out” considering that it is at home where our future unfolds.

“We said we would come back to complete it. And here we are again”, highlighted Abinader.
“These titles are the commitment of our government with the policies that transform the lives of the people, which puts them at the center of government executions and with the firm intention of reducing and eliminating, as soon as possible, the lack of titles in the Republic. Dominican”, said the head of state.
The director of the Executing Technical Unit for State Land Titling, Mérid Torres, added that more than 300 certificates are delivered in parallel to residents of Sabana Perdida.
They also indicated that the titles of El Almirante, San Luis, Los Alcarrizos, Maquiteria, Los Mameyes and Isabelita, all in Santo Domingo Este, will soon be delivered.
