President Luis Abinaderaccompanied by the first lady Raquel Arbaje, delivered this Sunday 708 property titles in Batey Palavé, in the municipality of The Alcarrizos benefiting 2,832 people, an action that seeks to guarantee stability and legal security for families, according to the president.
During the event, Abinader He described the delivery as an “act of social justice” and noted that the new owners will be able to access bank loans to develop personal or family projects. The titles are part of a total of 1,953 that the complete project contemplates.
The director of the State Land Titling Technical Execution Unit, Duarte Méndez, explained that the process covered 856,418.57 square meters, saving the beneficiaries RD$156,240,000.

Later, Abinader inaugurated the reconstruction of a playground and a sports field in the Bienvenido neighborhood, Manoguayabo, in Santo Domingo Oeste with an investment of RD$20,979,160. The work, carried out by the Presidential Commission to Support Provincial Development, benefits more than 2,700 young people and children.
The president announced that the roofing of the field will be carried out, whose delivery is scheduled for next year, and that progress is being made in the paving of the town’s streets. In addition, he reported that Santo Domingo Oeste will have a Palace of Justice and the extension of the Cable Car from kilometer 9 to La Isabela Aguiar.
The sports project included improvements to the baseball field and field, such as laying grass, repairing bathrooms, general painting and construction of stands. The goal is to increase sports and recreational participation by 35% by the end of the first year.
