The National Association of Circuit Magistrates and District Judges of the Federal Judicial Power (Jufed) supported all federal judges by issuing their resolutions in each of the 32 circuits that make up the Judicial Power.

In a statement, Judge Froylán Muñoz Alvarado, director of the Jufed, pointed out that the commitment of the justice providers is to abide by and safeguard the Constitution and the human rights of all Mexicans, aware that the rule of law is based on the balance of the division of powers to guarantee a democracy where people can exercise their rights and freedoms. He stressed that the judicial function has various review instances to challenge any jurisdictional decision by the interested parties and insisted that the resolutions are public for the purposes of transparency and accountability.
