Apparently, the events had been triggered when the 42-year-old man charged her with money that she owed him.
Versions indicated that the desperate screams of the woman, in the midst of the beating, alerted the residents of the sector who had to intervene.
After what happened and before the strong aggression, neighbors had to call the Policeman for him to intervene.
The situation was attended to by the uniformed personnel from the Tunjuelito locality Police station attached to the CAI Tunal.
Upon arriving at the site, they arrested the son who was assaulting the woman.
The surprise for the uniformed officers was great when they verified that the perpetrator had an extensive record and notes for various crimes.
According to information provided by the authorities, the man identified as Alejandro SV had, in total, eleven judicial notes for serious crimes.
The defendant has three notes for intrafamily violence, one for a sexual act with a child under 14 years of age, one for aggravated intrafamily violence for dealing with minors; woman or old man, two for extortion, two for qualified theft and for trafficking, manufacture of narcotics.
After what happened, the captured man was made available to the authorities and it is expected that his judicial situation will be defined in the next few hours.
