The Urban and Home Cleaning Authority (AAUD) announces to all customers that the moratorium period “Clean your Balance” will begin to apply, which benefits residential customers with 50% exemption and commercial customers with 30% and that have a delinquency of more than 120 days, of the sums owed for the provision of the waste collection service.
The objective of this measure is for the institution to achieve self-management for the purchase of inputs, uniforms and in this way purify the current data and lower the current delinquency that amounts to 118 million balboas. This measure will come into effect from Monday, July 17, for three months of this year 2023.
This program is approved through Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 19 of June 26, 2023 and with the purpose of offering its clients options to make the total payment of their debt and make payment arrangements.
