In the early hours of this Wednesday, an 18-year-old young man died after being the victim of a firearm attack carried out in the Plácido Domingo neighborhood.
After 2:00 a.m., personnel carrying out routine tasks in the area received an alert due to the detection of detonations in the area. The agents moved to Pedro Bazán street corner Aparicio Saravia boulevard where they found the young man with a gunshot wound to the head. At the site, the Scientific Police would later find several 9-millimeter caliber bullet casings.
The agents immediately transferred the wounded man to the Capitán Tula polyclinic. Upon arrival at the health center, the victim was diagnosed with multiple gunshot wounds. A few minutes later, his death was confirmed. The young man had several criminal records for the crime of reception.
