In this sense, a neighbor said that the former son-in-law “went back and forth with a can of beer in his hand, staggering because he was drunk,” and that Prior to the Valle Sosa crime, he had argued with his ex-partner.
For this reason, the investigations believe that in the middle of an argument the victim joined and, in those circumstances, she was beaten to death by the now suspect.
For her part, the daughter of the deceased, named Liliana, left the house to report that first incident with her ex-partner to the Police and when she returned He found his mother badly wounded and all bloodied.
Liliana later told the local media that her ex-partner was violent: “he broke everything” in the house where he lives and that he then called the police but they did not take the request for help because it was necessary to have a complaint at the Police Station.
“I went twice to make the complaint. They didn’t take it from me either because I wasn’t beaten,” said the victim’s daughter, adding that when she was back from the last and frustrated complaint, “it was too late. I meet him, he hits me and I try to defend myself.”
Then the neighbors called the police denouncing the violence and that is when they found the victim who had serious injuries, in the house he shared with his daughter, which showed that the crime had been committed when Liliana had gone to the Police Station to insist that they take the complaint.
