A Ultranza PY: detainees in Canindeyú refrain from declaring

In pursuit of the Ultranza Py investigation, The fiscal agent Deny Pak summoned the 4 people arrested yesterday for an investigative statement in the procedures carried out by the Public Ministry jointly with the Senad.

the 4 people they refrained from giving an investigative statement and they are being investigated for criminal association and money laundering from drug trafficking.

The detainees are Joceline Odorico (51 years old) Marina Nathalia Odorico (26 years old) Edson Fernando De Lima (19 years old) Cleiton R. Schneider S. (31 years old).

The investigative work carried out throughout this process focused on collecting and analyzing evidence leading to determining the participation of different people who collaborated with the criminal structure known as Insfran clan.

Yesterday 6 searches of properties located in the department of Canindeyú were carried out.

According to the investigation, they would be part of the “Odorico Clan”, a business scheme that supported the “Insfrán Clan” mainly for the injection of large sums of money from drug trafficking.

This people they would have provided logistics and knowledge to promote the operation of a broad and complex asset laundering scheme from acts of international drug trafficking.

The members of the Odorico Clan are also linked to the million-dollar check discount scheme, made through the Cooperativa San Cristóbal Ltda.
