The Spanish chain of luxury hotels Único will land this year in Argentina with a five-star establishment in the historic Mihanovich Building, in the same space where an elegant establishment operated that has been closed for five years.

In his first foray into the country, and together with a group of Argentine businessmen, will recover the Mihanovich building, located at 845 Arroyo street, with an investment of more than US$ 5 million to restore the historic place built in 1925, modernize the rooms and common spaces.

The new hotel -which still has no name- will open at the end of 2023 with 138 rooms and five luxury residences. It will have a restaurant, cocktail bar, swimming pool and international spa.

Único Hotels, which will be in charge of management for 20 years, was founded in 2004 by Pau Guardans i Cambó, a renowned Barcelona hotelier.
