The plane registration CP-2420 is sought by rescue groups of the Bolivian Air Force (FAB) and the Police, after the alert of its possible disappearance.
Initial reports found that the ship took flight with two crew members this Wednesday from El Trompillo airport to Yacuiba. However, it allegedly fell to the ground when it was flying over the towns of Cabezas and Gutiérrez.
The preliminary information that is known is that the aircraft left El Trompillo airport bound for Yacuiba and that between Cabezas and Gutiérrez he lost contact.
From preliminary reports it is known that the pilot of the ship apparently detected some mechanical failure so it was forced to make an emergency landing at some point not suitable for that operation.
Some people in the area said that the region where the ship supposedly would have fallen is inaccessible by land, only by air can it be reached.
It was known that the crew members are Carlos Áñez and Kevin Chávez who supposedly would be alive around the place.
Yesterday Wednesday afternoon SAR FAB rescue groups moved to the area to start raking in search of the crew members.
Police officers are also joining the rescue tasks.
