The victim was identified as Néstor Daniel Morales, who, according to witnesses, “was bitten by between 10 and 15 dogs that had been wandering around the area for a few days,” located in the town of La Bebida, in the department of Rivadavia. about 10 kilometers from the capital of San Juan.

Morales’s companions declared that, while they were working in a shed, three kilometers from the Park’s entrance, they began to hear “desperate barking and screaming from a person.”
