The independent ex-Republican deputy Gonzalo de la Carrera demanded from the Chamber of Deputies and Deputies the presence of two children in the room, children of the socialist Tomás de Rementería.
“Congress should have special consideration for those deputies who want or need to bring their children or their buses. I don’t think the hemicycle is the right place, but I do think they should have a space to be able to have them,” said De la Carrera.
“Right now in the chamber there is a little baby, I understand the need for the father, but I think that if we have denied entry to undersecretaries and authorities, it seems to me that we should respect the fact that there is a nursery for these purposes, they tell me ”, he added.
De Rementería, father of the children, responded through his social networks, indicating that “I officially share a chamber with a movie villain who hates that a father takes care of his children.” He also stated that he had to take care of them because their mother was also working.
