A mobile vaccination point is installed at kilometer 6 of the La Guardia Double Road

The Government of Santa Cruz decided to take the vaccines to different areas of the city so that the population can go to complete their immunization schedule, for that reason a dose application point was installed at kilometer 6 of the Dual La Guardia Highway.

The decision arises due to the low influx of people in permanent positions and to expand coverage against Covid-19. In this case, thanks to the support of Prosalud, it will operate until 8:00 p.m..

Jorge Quiroz, coordinator of Urban Health Networks of the Headquarters, highlighted that Efforts are redoubled to enable mobile vaccination points in strategic places.

It should be noted that the purpose of these activities being carried out by the Government is that the population initiates or completes its vaccination scheme against Covid-19, since this is the main weapon to be able to contain the outbreaks and achieve herd immunity.
