A miracle

The four presidents we have had since 1996 to date have put the Haitian issue in the hands of the divine. Each of their governments has filled us with words without backing up with concrete actions. Leonel opened the border for humanitarian reasons. Unregulated employers have used more foreigners than national laws allow. International pressure is growing to avoid deportations because they want more Haitians to enter the country. Luis cannot continue waiting for a miracle; he has finished a government without doing anything concrete that would lead us to the goal of surviving the Haitian collapse and the international imposition that the solution is here.
