In less than six months, a man who had already been apprehended and prosecuted with more than 50 complaints for crimes Against Economic Patrimony in its Fraud modality, is again apprehended by the National Police through Operation “TNT”, in the province from Chiriqui.
This operation carried out by the Directorate of Judicial Investigation and the Public Ministry with the support of Linces units, took place in the province of Chiriquí, locating the requested person in the Alto Verde sector in the district of David, where he was notified of the order to arrest against him.
It is important to mention that this same person had already been apprehended by the DIJ in the month of January in the province of Chiriquí, where he was linked to more than 50 fraud complaints under the modality of selling cars from abroad, he himself carried out the charges in advance, without complying with the delivery of said cars.
By accepting the charges and agreeing to a sentence agreement with the Prosecutor’s Office and the victims, six months later he is related to new investigations in the province of Panama with the same modus operandi, car sales. After his arrest, he will be transferred to the capital city to face the new accusations.
