Military agents captured a subject wanted for kidnapping and criminal association, belonging to the organized crime group El Adriancito.
The procedure was carried out at the Citizen Service Point located near the Bridge Over El Lago where they arrested Luis Armando Durán Bermúdez (38), who was involved in the kidnapping of a woman for six days, according to a bulletin sent to the media.
When military personnel, through inspection work, detected that the man, upon being verified through the Police Investigation and Information System, submitted an arrest request dated August 21, issued by the 1st Control Court Extension Cabimas, of Zulia, the press release says.
