He was convinced by Republican Guard negotiators

After noon this Sunday, a 911 call came in reporting that a man had entered a work on Bulevar Artigas and Pagola. He climbed up the scaffolding onto a 20 meter crane.
The 39-year-old man requested the presence of firefighters and a negotiator from the Republican Guard, as reported to El Observador from the Ministry of the Interior.
After the negotiator made contact with him, the man managed to change his attitude and get off the crane.
He was immediately referred to Hospital Vilardebó.
