3rd meeting on wheels will take place on Saturday the 7th in Melo
More details are known about the 3rd Meeting on Wheels, an activity that, in addition to the tour of practically the entire capital city, will consist of Workshops and a musical show at the closing.
This is a proposal organized by Sobre Ruedas Cerro Largo with the support of the Departmental Administration.
“Whenever society is linked to a health issue and a sports issue, it will always have the support of this Municipality” he remarked Christian Morel.
“This Saturday, with the support of the Municipality in its different areas, the 3rd Meeting on Wheels will be held, a meeting that also means tourism because we are going to receive delegations from other parts of the country with people who practice this sport, this hobby that does so much good for everyone and that is something very nice to see” he added.
After thanking the Municipality for the space and support, Gisleine Barboza He said that Sobre Ruedas Cerro Largo started operating almost 4 years ago. “It is a leading group at the interior level that is organizing the 3rd National Meeting based in Melo.”
He recalled that the 1st Meeting was a surprise and that in the second all expectations were exceeded with about 200 participants from different parts of the country.
“We believe that this 3rd Meeting will be wonderful. We have a Hotel completely sold out in its capacity and there are others where many reservations have already been made” Barboza revealed.
“This is an event for the community in general. Beyond the fact that we are a skate group, on the circuit we invite all those who want to come with their bike” invited the member of Sobre Ruedas Cerro Largo.
“There will be a tour of the city with music for which we have the support of a reference for these urban roliadas which is the musi-mobile with Pedro, who kindly offered again to come also on an honorary basis to collaborate with the active community” projection.
“Groups are coming that are national leaders, who will arrive from San José and Fray Bentos” he assured.

Gisleine Barboza stressed that Sobre Ruedas Cerro Largo is an open and free group that carries out its training at AEBU, a space that is rented on Thursdays starting at 8:00 p.m. “What unites us is that many of us used to skate when we were kids and now we took up this sport a few years ago, so anyone who wants to come is welcome.
