Likewise, the DNCP stresses that the IPS “failed to comply with the load of the contract indicators, for which it is recommended to demarcate responsibilities in the administrative order in relation to the officials involved in the contracting procedure.”

As for the teachers who appear in the Personal Identification Form (FIP) of the Potî company, the supplier justified that they appear there “because they have not been discharged”. And that to ensure journalistic publication he had to use the Form (FIS) which is the Personal Services Report Form.
It should be noted that the FIP is a form submitted by the contracted cleaning provider in which they declare the facility assigned to them for the service, while the FIS is the work performed by the employee. Very serious, because these teachers who appear on the FIP form have years of seniority in the Ministry of Education and told our media that they were never linked to Palumbo companies.
This is Arnaldo Sosa Gómez, a Mathematics teacher from the Ministry of Education and Sciences (MEC) of Basic School 3,225 in the Kurusu de Hierro area, with 95 months of contribution as a teacher, but his name was presented as part of the campus of Palumbo cleaners.
Another case is that of Professor Gloria Raquel Maciel, a teacher at Colegio República Argentina in the city of Encarnación with 258 months of contributions to the IPS as an official of the Ministry of Education, who also flatly denied having been an employee of Palumbo in her life.
