Two accused have alluded to Councilor Fernández for his direct implication in the sale of municipal land to private and in the alteration deliberate in the collection of taxes to individuals. In both cases, those investigated affirm that the son of the mayor appealed to that ‘protective layer’ to authorize irregular charges.
It will be justice who defines the real participation of the councilor in these two causes. At the moment, the Prosecutor’s Office already went to the Fernández domicile, according to Miguel Fernández’s statements they share the same house with his father, to continue with his investigative work.
