The Buenos Aires public Union Association of Health Professionals (Cicop) will decide this Friday whether or not to accept the joint proposal formulated by the provincial government, consisting of a salary increase of 102 average percent by 2022, the formation of Technical Tables and the reopening in February.
The union of health professionals informed it in a document in which it was stipulated that the sectionals will debate the offer in assemblies and define a position in the Congress of Delegates of the Cicop.
The proposal was formulated by the Government on January 6 in the parity 10,471 to close the 2022 salary guideline and consisted of an increase of 7 additional points for last December, which will be received retroactively with a proportional Christmas bonus.
In this way, the accumulated increase during 2022 for the initial position would be 102.8 percent, with an average of 102.4 percent for the hospital career, all of which also includes residents and scholarship holders, the union organization reported.
The offer included the operation of Technical Tables to analyze the recategorizations, new bonuses, elimination of presenteeism, transfer to the internship plant and functions, among other topics.while this year’s salary discussion will begin next February, pointed out the president of Cicop, Pablo Maciel.
