The baby was lowered from the plane in the incubator and once sheltered in the ambulance, he left for the Junín Hospital, along with the entire medical team in charge of the transfer.
“This baby was born at 2:00 p.m. and we were activated at 5:00 p.m. Being a premature baby of 27 weeks, weighing one kilogram, the important thing is that the transfer be done immediately because, in the place where he was born, there was no necessary medical complexity for that child under the circumstances of his birth”explained Karina Saldívar.
He graphed that “It is the honeymoon of these babies, because if everything is done quickly there is no risk, it was time to carry out the transfer because after 48 hours is when in such premature babies the condition can become more complex, so we were in the golden hour for everything to go well”.
