Residents of Petare and its surroundings have reported the shots since the night of Friday, April 22, but the reasons for the confrontation are still unknown.
After a confrontation between armed gangs in zone 8 of José Félix Ribas, in Petare, a 14-year-old adolescent was shot in the buttocks. The information was disseminated by the journalist specializing in events Roman Camacho.
It was learned that the injured young man was being treated at a health center. Since the night of Friday, April 22, residents of the area have reported armed clashes; however, greater details of what happens in that area are unknown.

Residents of the area shared videos on Twitter where young people are seen running while bursts of gunfire are heard throughout the area.
