A 12-year-old boy was hospitalized this Friday after being attacked with a pen that acted as a sharp object after an argument with a classmate of the same age and course at a school in the missionary town of Vila Cabello, on the outskirts of Posadas, Police sources reported.
The incident occurred this Friday morning at a school located in farm 148 of that town when the boy received a point with a ballpoint pen in his left buttock, for which he was first taken to the René Favaloro Hospital and from there to Madariaga, where He was hospitalized, since the wound requires surgery and he will have 35 days to recover, medical spokesmen told La Voz de Misiones.
The school reported to the Police and this to a juvenile judge, who ordered that both the mother and her son be taken to the Model Center for Assistance and Monitoring of Boys, Girls and Adolescents (Cemoas).
These agencies, dependent on the Ministry of Justice of the Nation, function as the only instance, prior and compulsory, to the admission of the minor to the provincial penal system, and their purpose is to guarantee the best interests of children and adolescents in the process. penal.
