The National Society of Industries (SNI) delivered to the Executive Power the main proposals prepared by the union to promote the social and economic development of the country, with emphasis on the growth of the regions, the generation of private investment, the formalization of micro, small and medium enterprises.
Likewise, the application of measures to face inflation and the promotion of productive diversification, the circular economy and shared value are sought.
In a work meeting in which the President of the Republic and ministers from different sectors participated, the president of the SNI, Eng. Jesús Salazar Nishi, urged the Head of State to promote political stability, respect for institutions, social market economy model and freedom of expression.

In addition, it was requested to highlight the commitment to the fight against corruption and to establish a frank dialogue with all civil society organizations and the private sector to seek solutions to the problems that affect the country.
Measures for social and economic development
It is worth mentioning that the SNI delivered in recent days, the eight measures for the social and economic development of the country, with public policy proposals for the growth of MSMEs, promoting labor formalization, promoting public purchases in favor of national companies , and target programs to fight hunger and extreme poverty.
On the other hand, last week the SNI delegation also delivered the Peru Agenda for 2031, which this union developed in 2021 and announced that on July 21, in Cajamarca, it will present the Productive Regional Development Agenda with 145 concrete actions so that there is investment and industrial development in the regions.
These are proposals that will help close the social, economic and infrastructure gaps that remain in the country, said the business leader.
