How does it work?
The participants will have an innovative methodology through different tools that allow them to develop both technical skills and emotional skills to become Software Developers that respond to the demands of the world’s labor market.
The program has a high hourly requirement which requires dedication; that’s why, Those women who win the WWB Colombia Foundation scholarship will not have to worry about their support while they are studying.
Ana Bolena Escobar, Research Director of the WWB Colombia Foundation, stated that “at the Foundation, we believe in the transformative power of women and, aware of the gaps in STEM, we support those women whose burden of care has not allowed them to exploit all its potential. We deliver support scholarships during the months of training, worth 1 SMMLV, which are non-refundable, with the aim that more women can dedicate themselves to studying programming with the peace of mind of receiving the resource”.
