In the first five months of the year, the Federal Public Ministry obtained 385 convictions for 425 people in its delegations in the state of Mexico and Mexico City for the commission of various crimes.
The ministerial institution stated that the Specialized Prosecutor for Organized Crime (FEMDO) and Specialized Prosecutor for Regional Control (FECOR), obtained sentences ranging between 75 and 504 years in prison, for organized crime and kidnapping

He explained that through application of Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms, they achieved a total of 119 reparation agreements and a recovery equivalent to 19 million 640 thousand 260 pesos 57 cents, as compensation for the damage for the benefit of offended parties and/or victims.

In the aforementioned period, the Public Ministry linked 638 defendants to the process in 493 cases, for the probable commission of crimes against health, carrying firearms and transporting migrants, among others.
As part of these actions, in coordination with local authorities, 4,548 ammunition, 316 magazines, 570 short arms, 65 long arms were seized; Regarding drugs, 20 thousand 216 psychotropic pills, 527 kilos 986 grams of marijuana, 81 kilos 953 grams of methamphetamine and 73 kilos 202 grams of cocaine were seized.
In addition, one million 814 thousand 50 pesos and 436 thousand dollars were seized, as well as 81 thousand 364 liters of hydrocarbon and 116 thousand 64 liters of LP Gas.
