A multidisciplinary team, made up of the DOffice of the Children and Adolescents, the Bolivian Police, the Telecommunications and Transport Regularization and Supervision Authority (ATT) and the staff of the Bimodal Terminal, rstrengthened the controls in order to verify that every minor who is ready to go on a trip have your corresponding authorization, this in order to avoid human trafficking and smuggling.
The operation is carried out before the buses leave the bus terminal, so all parentsIf you are traveling alone with your children, you must present the authorization document, which is delivered free of charge at the Bimodal premises.

The staff of the Ombudsman for Children, dependent on the Santa Cruz Mayor’s Office, recommended that parents request the document at least 48 hours before their trip and thus avoid being taken off the bus for not having the document.
For the moment, during the controls they observed that all the children and adolescents had the corresponding permits, so no one was prevented from continuing the trip. The officials indicated that, due to the increase in trips due to the school vacation season, the control will be more rigorous.
The Mayor’s Office has enabled three authorization points to process the travel permit, two of them located on the Bimodal premises, and one in the offices of the Ombudsman for Children, located in the Mac Donald neighborhood between the third and second rings, where they are open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Sunday. Delivery of the document is free and immediate.
