Thalia Riveros, sister of Marllory Riveros, was preliminarily arrested tonight. Around 11:30 at night, the young woman who is being investigated for the alleged kidnapping of Marllory was taken to the Divincri Huancayo headquarters.
The preliminary arrest warrant for 72 hours was issued by the First Appeals Chamber and executed by the Human Trafficking Unit of the National Police under the command of Colonel PNP Cesar Ramos, who confirmed that the girl was not at home in the district of Sapallanga but in a building in the Siglo XX sector (Las Begonias and Trujillo) in the district of El Tambo.
