According to data provided by Senad, Miguel Celular is one of the drug lords who systematically send tons of cocaine to the old world, Africa and the Middle East.

Until now he is, together with former sports entrepreneur Diego Benítez, two of the best known members of the “cooperative” of drug exporters drug traffickers “made in Paraguay”.
