Judge Rocío Araújo Oñate, who has the process in her office, requested to notify the congresswoman-elect so that she knows the lawsuit and goes on to defend herself.

In response to the lawsuit, the congresswoman-elect’s attorney indicated that she is aware of the case and insists that he renounced his Venezuelan nationality in 2015, when he ran for the Arauca Council.

For this reason, he promised to present all the evidence that he did not have that dual nationality and that he can assume his seat without any inconvenience.
