Guaraní from Trinidad reinforces itself as it can for the Intermediate Division tournament. He repatriated from Thailand the Olympic youth squad Anggello Machuca.
At 37 years old, Machuca returns to the country after more than 12 seasons in Thailand.
In this sense, the announcement was made official through the social networks of the aurinegro from Trinidad, who today stands in ninth place in the always exciting Intermediate contest.
“Here is another football, very physical… a terrible change for me. There is not much contact there, now I have to get physically fit to score and fight, ”said the offensive player in a chat with Deportes HOY.
Machuca debuted at the age of 17 (2002) in the Primera de Olimpia. His was fast and when he returned from the national team he began his wandering path in United States soccer (2005).
He came to Thai football in 2011 and during his different stages in the Asian Republic he defended the jerseys of BEC Tero Sasana, Paknampho FC, Chiangmai FC, Navy FC, Rayong FC, Chiangmai United, Chiangrai City and Rajpracha FC. “I traveled the world,” he said.
About his arrival at Guaraní from Trinidad, he explained. “I have friends who are at the club and they asked me if I wanted to train with them. I, the truth, was about to return (to Thailand). I had a ticket for this July 5. But I have friends there and they still haven’t signed… and that’s where the Guaraní thing happened and I thought, I decided to stay.”
“All the teams were reinforced (Intermediate). And no one here is going to give anything away. The first objective is to maintain the category”, he settled.
Machuca assures that he feels “good” physically and at the end of the season he will evaluate whether to continue his professional activity or put an end to his extensive sports career.
