Monotributistas in “extreme vulnerability” and request measures from the government

The group of monotributistas del Mides (Ministry of Social Development), through a statement, make known the difficult reality they are going through and maintain that their economic situation is “extremely vulnerable.”

Faced with the crisis they are going through, where those who can no longer pay are, they ask the government for support measures.

“Our situation continues to be complicated and we appeal to maintain the sensitivity of the Government. In this line we request a subsidy of 2BPC (Benefit and Contribution Base) for a period of one year, a sickness subsidy of 500 pesos per day and the exemption of contributions to BPS (Social Security Bank) of 50% for a period of one year or the forgiveness of debt of those who are inactive due to non-payment, “they indicated through the statement.

They maintain that we deserve “to be considered and supported in these times of crisis.”

“We have colleagues who in different parts of our country are living in extreme poverty, and added to the winter, they suffer daily difficulties to eat not only them but also their families.”

“We are not a leftover population, we are part of the neglected of the countryside and the city who also deserve a job and a decent life,” they said.
