Daniel Nouri Dorado, the second involved in the beating of a 36-year-old woman when leaving a concert was preventively sent to the Palmasola prison this Monday. The 12th Criminal Investigation Judge, Estrella Esther Montaño, ordered her imprisonment for 180 days.
The Prosecutor charged Nouri with the crime of serious and minor injuriesafter he was identified by a surveillance camera, assaulting Lauren YPC, in the early hours of June 18, inside a taxi.
The accused was apprehended by the Police this Sunday in the border town of Yacuiba, when he intended to flee to Argentinahowever, was discovered due to the immigration alert against him.
The other involved in this violent attack, Matthew Merlin Middagh, is already in Palmasola. Judge Estrella Esther ordered his detention for 180 days in a virtual hearing, which took place on Friday.
The prosecution he is also investigating Matthew’s sister named Kathryn, for the crime of serious and minor injuries. There is already an arrest warrant on her.
