The Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare (MSPBS) awarded a total value of G. 18,984 million to the Tender Call No. 399,246 named; “Acquisition of Ambulances”. For this tender, offers began to be received on Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
In the tender that is within the category; “Major Machinery, Equipment and Tools – Transport Equipment”. Two companies were benefited. The procedure implemented to carry out the call for bids was WB – International Public Bidding – ICB.
BENEFITED OFFERS
Three companies were presented to the call, of which two of them were finally suppliers of said tender.
The awarded companies were Automotor SA represented by José Daniel Bogarin, Ruben Darío Bogarin Canale, Carla Bogarin de Frutos and Sebastian Nello Maffei for a value of G. 11,780 million. Its participation as supplier represents 62.05% of the total awarded. And Condor SACI represented by Hugo Almeida, Otilia Coronel de Areco, Roland Quellmalz and Margarita Von Donner for a value of 7,204 million with a participation of 37.95% of the total awarded.

STRIKING ASPECTS
Last year, the Ministry of Health awarded the firm Consorcio Falcon – CSJ for the acquisition of 14 ambulances for G. 540 million each. While this year, the payment for each shot will be G. 620 million for each of the 19 ambulances of Automotor SA and 11 ambulances of the firm Condor SACI for G. 655 million.
