Early yesterday morning, Franklin Quintana Porras (28) was shot in the right leg when he resisted being assaulted by two individuals. The incident occurred on Las Dalias de Rio Negro street in Satipo.

Serenazgo agents and the police station in the area responded to the call of the neighbors who heard the shot and went out to help the wounded man and take him to a health center.
