Died today (3), at the age of 40, Ronaldo Ramos Caiado, son of the governor of Goiás, Ronaldo Caiado. The cause of death has not been officially announced. 
The governor spent the morning celebrating the Feast of the Divine Eternal Father, in Trindade (GO). In a statement, the association that organizes the pilgrimage consoled the family members.
“It is with immense pain and consternation that, this Sunday morning, while the state governor, Ronaldo Caiado, and the first lady, Gracinha Caiado, joined the pilgrims of the Divino Pai Eterno for the closing celebrations of the Pilgrimage 2022, we received the sad news of the death of his son”, declared the entity.
In a press release, the federal government also offered condolences for the death.
”The President of the Republic prays to God to take Caiado Filho into his arms and console the governor and his entire family, giving them strength and faith to overcome this difficult moment in his life!”, reads the text. .
