In his message, the Moreno national leader reported that the party will hold its National Assembly on July 30 and 31, in which the 3,000 congressmen will be elected for the national congress on September 17 and 18.
“That the people decide who should represent us and that they also democratically, freely, elect the new state steering committees, the new state councils; that we elect a new national council and a new National Executive Committee,” he said.

Delgado said that during the Congress they will seek to renew the party’s basic documents, “because we must recognize that reality changed us for the better.”
And for that, he said, “we have to carry out an orderly, transparent, democratic, inclusive process. It is not valid that in this process you want to exclude anyone. Brunette belongs to everyone. That is why we are moving forward in this reorganization, to be ready for 2024,” she noted.
