One of the objectives of the Single Window for Services, which came to replace the Comprehensive Services for Mobility (SIM), is to enable several of the procedures that have traditionally been done in person, so that drivers can now do them online and thus avoid congestion and queues at physical service points.
This is why when making a request and transport procedure, it is key to know how to register, consult and schedule an appointment through the new platform.

Steps to schedule an appointment at the Single Service Window
To be able to make any request, the first thing to keep in mind is that you must create a username and password for virtual scheduling in the Single Window for Services. You must follow these steps:
- Enter www.ventanillamovilidad.com.co.
- Click the button schedule appointment on the main banner.
- Before entering you must click on Check in.
- Complete the form with your personal data.
- Accept the privacy policy and terms and conditionsclick on Create Account.
- The request for authorization of data use will be sent to the registered email. Follow the prompts.
- Finally, login with your username (identification number) and password.
It should be noted that through this site you can also access the history of services and procedures that you have carried out.

Once registered, this is what you need to do to schedule an appointment:
- Enter the box Scheduling.
- Select the nearest Single Service Window.
- Select a type of user according to the case: citizenship in general or taxi driver licenses.
- Select the number of procedures to perform. It is important to clarify that by ID number you can make Maximum two procedures per day.
- Subsequently, four general procedure options will be displayed; you can select one. Choose between Vehicles, Driving Licenses, Operation Card or others.
- Choose the date to attend the appointment.
- Select the time in which you can attend the appointment.
- Click confirm.
