These platforms are less structured spaces to interact in real time with customers and potential customers, and understand what their true needs are in a given context. With this feedback, more targeted business decisions can be made.”indicates Andrés Rhor Lesevic, manager of Virtual Education of Techsup.

Some of the networks most used by businesses today are:
- WhatsAppBusiness: This network is here to stay. It is an easy-to-install tool that allows you to have automatic responses, schedule business hours from your cell phone, and put hyperlinks that lead directly to the page of interest or to the catalog of products and/or services. It also offers welcome messages and also allows constant interaction with customers. To install this application you can download it from the App Store or Google Play or through the WhatsApp Web site.
- Facebook Business: This network allows you to manage a corporate image and provide greater rapprochement with the target audience. It also provides options such as adding to the team and assigning specific roles and permissions on the activities that can be carried out in the account. Within this application we find the Facebook Business Manager tool that helps manage ads and manage the business from one place. To create the company page, it is only necessary to open the profile at the top of the home page, select “create” and choose “page”, after that, it is only a matter of filling in the general information of the company and that’s it .
- Instagram for Business: Having this social network within a business is of the utmost importance, since it not only helps to promote the business but also interacts in a pleasant and close way with customers. It has many formats to adapt to the content that you want to publish, in addition to being able to collaborate with brands to carry out raffles or promote the company through influencers in exchange for payment or “exchange”. Instagram allows you to place ads in the stories of users and place direct links, either to the profile or to the web page where the purchase will be made. To convert your personal Instagram account to a business account, you just have to select the three lines at the top right of the profile, choose “Settings”, “Account”, “Switch to professional account” and select “Company”.
