The complainant and the deputy Salma Luévano are the first two trans federal deputies who reached the Chamber of Deputies thanks to affirmative actions.

Even this week, Luévano organized Pride Week with forums on diversity instead of advancing in legislating, said the complainant.
“The deputy Salma has held meetings and events on several occasions in which she has left me out,” said the complainant. Due to the above, on February 10 she asked to leave the commission.
He reported that he has repeatedly sought the coordinator Ignacio Mier and there is only corridor dialogue. She has also requested to be part of the Permanent Commission and not only she but the other Morenoites were excluded, but instead Morena gave a space to a deputy from another party (Labor).
For all this and above all for not promoting reforms in favor of sexual diversity, he filed the complaint with Conapred. “If there is no dialogue, then I have to open the doors for it to start,” she said.
