Will Duke be able to receive his lifetime pension as President?

The President Ivan Duqueannounced that the country will have 30% of its marine protected areas in the coming days, making Colombia the first in the Western Hemisphere to achieve this goal.

We are not going to wait for the year 2030, a few days ago the Colombian Academy of Sciences approved four new protected areas.
