Luis Almagro, Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), confirmed the receipt of the request made by the Pro-Citizens political party in terms of achieving a commission for dialogue between the government of Nicolás Maduro and the regional entity.
Leocenis García, president of Prociudadanos, made in recent days a formal proposal to serve as a mediator so that Venezuela returns to to form part of the OAS.
