Huancavelica: They skip the electoral rule on the anniversary of Yauli

Two days before the weekend, the district of Yauli celebrated its anniversary, and it is during the activities and events organized by the district commune that the candidate of the “Ayni” regional movement, Leoncio Huayllani, participated in the solemn session to address the population and mentioned, at various times, the political organization he represents.

Likewise, on May 10 of this year, during the anniversary of the district of Santo Tomas de Pata, the “aynistas” paraded showing their banners.

Faced with these acts of proselytism during activities that are financed by the State, the special electoral juries (JEE) of Huancavelica and Angaraes must pronounce themselves.

CANDIDATE IN DISTRICT COMMUNE ACTIVITIES

On the central day of Yauli’s anniversary, with the exception of the governor and deputy governor, regional councilors were present, parliamentarian Alfredo Pariona, among other authorities, who, despite knowing the electoral norm, allowed the candidate to address the population.

He even referred at times to the mayors present in relation to the political organization “Ayni”.

On the other hand, in the month of May, the district of Santo Tomas de Pata also had an anniversary, and led by the candidate for the regional government, hundreds of “aynistas” also paraded with their banners.

Regarding the case that occurred in Yauli, information was requested from the JEE of Huancavelica to know the procedure on this, to which they informed us that they will request the information from the jury’s inspection area so that, from there, they carry out the actions to be followed if there were those responsible. .

Likewise, the case of Santo Tomás de Pata must be investigated and evaluated by the JEE of Angaraes so that the electoral process is carried out in accordance with the norm.
