The Special Electoral Jury (JEE) of Lima Centro declared inadmissible -on June 21- the list of candidates of the party Free Peru for the Municipality of Limaheaded by Yuri Castro.
through the Resolution No. 08326-2022-JEE-LICN/JNEit is detailed that Castro Romero presented incomplete documents and/or with a date prior to the affidavit of the resume.
Likewise, the candidate for councilor No. 21 Audry Patricia Choquehuanca Barboza does not register the corresponding receipt of the electoral tax and instead a voucher appears with the DNI of another applicant.
Similarly, according to the search carried out by the National Registry of Identification and Civil Status (Reniec), ten candidates for aldermen do not complete two continuous years in the district for which they apply.

It was also verified that six applicants to aldermen work in public institutions and they have not attached the position of the license without having presented it to the entity for which they work, among other observations.
Thus, the JEE of Lima Centro declared inadmissible the list of candidates for Mayor of Lima de Perú Libre and two days were granted to the legal representative to correct the observations noted.
On the other hand, said collegiate also declared inadmissible the application for registration of the list of candidates to the Mayor’s Office of Lima of the Patriotic Party of Peruled by Julio Lingan.
According to Resolution No. 08380-2022-JEE-LICN/JNEsaid political group failed to submit its rectification brief within the legal term, regarding the declaration of inadmissibility of its registration.
