The Cruz Jiminian Clinic held this Friday the internal graduation of the first class of medical residency in the specialty of Family and Community Medicinein an activity held in the Hall of Scrolls of Casa San Pablo, in the National District.
According to a statement, the first graduates of this promotion are the doctors Wilmery Arvelo Cruz, Yaina María Montero Peguero, Veruska Feliciano Mejía, Escarlih Yuddit Tavárez Perdomo and Tess Penélope Santos Félix.
The doctor Felix Antonio Cruz Jiminiandirector of the clinic that bears his name, explained that, after finishing their university studies, the doctors dedicate themselves to performing a specialty for which, previously it was necessary to leave the country, but now it is easy to do it in a hospital. of the Dominican Republic and now also in the Cruz Jiminian Clinic.

The philanthropist highlighted that part of the training of the graduates consisted, in addition to rotating through all the medical areas, in visiting the houses of Cristo Rey to learn about the health reality of the sector.
During the activity, the change of plaques was carried out for those promoted from the residence of Emergency and Critical Care first and second year; as well as awarding of medals for the highest qualification in the three specialties and a medal for excellence.
