The Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) confirmed that the due dates for taxes on Personal Assets and Profits scheduled for June 23, 24 and 27 are in force.
The official dependency referred in this way to the measure taken by the court in Federal Administrative Litigation No. an interim measure to suspend the due dates for the presentation of the Sworn Declarations and the payment of taxes on Income and Personal Assets corresponding to the 2021 financial year.
“The measure only reaches professionals enrolled in the Council of Economic Sciences of the City of Buenos Aires by their own sworn statements and when said professionals exercise a formal and verifiable relationship with their clients. The AFIP will carry out the corresponding controls to verify the existence of said contractual relationship”, reiterated the entity that drives Mercedes Marcó del Pont.
In addition, he assured that the legal areas of the AFIP will appeal the decision of the court of first instance.
