In this case, the authorities of the Uruguayan Agency for International Cooperation, its executive director Mariano Berro, and its general manager Claudia Romano were received, who spoke about the possibilities that Uruguay currently has to carry out international cooperation projects.

María de Lima maintained in dialogue with communication from the Canelones Municipality: «the development directors of the past period left a document, where they, already trained in this network, requested to work on projects with financing from the Interior Development Fund, from there with the new national budget, and in agreement with the mayors, it was established that 3% of the fund should be allocated to productive projects».

For his part Yamandú Orsi affirmed «mechanically the directions go towards the primary, towards the agricultural, as we have an industrial development, we decided that at least this year part of that 3% of the productive FDI, was destined to contribute an important work within of the Scientific and Technological Park of Pando».
