At least 20 families were affected in the communities of Juan Gallegos and La Guaira in the district of Portobelo, as a result of the rainfall that has been falling on this Caribbean region of Colon, since Thursday night and early Friday morning, This was reported by the lieutenant governor of Colón, Jorge Villanueva.

He explained that the road that leads to the area of ​​​​the coast above the province of Colón is being affected due to the flooding of rivers, for which support is being requested from institutions such as the Ministry of Public Works, so that move equipment and personnel to this point.
