Students, teachers and parents of the Monsignor Francisco Beckmann School protested this Thursday morning on the Boyd-Roosevelt road, in front of the school’s headquarters, located in North Panama.
Professor Mario Miller, representative of the school’s educators, said that for three months, the authorities of the Ministry of Education have promised to solve the problems faced by this educational center with a high enrollment.
He denounced that students, educators and administrative staff continue to be without water due to lack of fountains, unrepaired restrooms, damaged benches, appointment of personnel, among other needs.
Miller said that with the start of the new school year the delivery of modular classrooms was promised, but to date there is nothing.
He stressed that the educational community wants facts and not more promises, but that the Ministry of Education complies with the audit to know the handling of the FECE item.
